1. Download image file from http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads recommend last version "wheezy" in .zip.
2. When you downloaded complete you will see it above.
3. Download software Win32DiskImager from http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ for write this image to SD CARD.
4. Insert SD CARD (2GB up recommended) and double click Win32DiskImager then click folder icon to select image file location.
5. Select SD CARD Drive as K:\
6. Click Write button for write image file to SD CARD then click "Yes" to confirm to write and waiting a few minute.
7. When finished click "OK" and remove SD CARD
